FYI Royal Staff - It is getting increasingly difficult for us to make the schedule each week due to the fact that so many employee have so little availability. We are more than fair when it comes to meeting everyone's schedule requests; however, if this continues that will no longer be the case. We may have to hire more people and therefore won't be able to accommodate employees who are only available 1-2 times a week or continuously book large chunks of time off. We understand that many of you are in school and that is your priority right now but we also need to be able to adequately staff our store. Please keep this in mind when balancing your work-school schedule, and changing your availability.
